Watson was recently named to the 2014 Capital One Academic All-America Men's At-Large Team. Watson, who posted a 4.0 grade point average as an engineering major, was one of only two men's lacrosse players selected to the first team. He was one of the key performers in an outstanding campaign for Adelphi, helping the Panthers finish with a 17-2 record, advancing to the NCAA Division II semifinals. While playing in 14 games at attack, he finished with 55 points on 37 goals and 18 assists, and was named a third team United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-American and was also a first team All-Northeast-10 selection. He recently participated in the USILA/LAXWORLD North/South Division I/II All-Star Game and was voted a USILA Scholar All-America.
