Demarest pitched a career-best 6.2 innings in the rubber game vs. the University of New Haven for baseball on Sunday, picking up the victory in Adelphi's 2-1 win. The junior allowed just one unearned run in his innings of work, striking out four, to help the Panthers secure the No.3 seed out of the Southwest Division in the upcoming NE10 tournament.
