A career night for Camarda, in which she bested a career-high in scoring by the end of the first half, helped lead the Adelphi University women's basketball team to a 78-69 victory over second-place Southern New Hampshire in Northeast-10 Conference action on Tuesday night inside the Center for Recreation and Sports.
The sophomore transfer from Hartford tallied a team-best 26 points, 16 of which came in the first half, which broke her Adelphi-best of 15 points from a victory over the University of New Haven in November. Camarda shot 8-for-13 from the floor in 29 bench minutes, including 6-for-11 from three-point range, and also pulled down a career-best eight boards.
