Adelphi University Athletics

Angela Mongitore shined in the 200m dash at the Albany Great Dane Classic at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City. The sophomore from Massapequa, N.Y. turned in Adelphi's first NCAA provisional mark of the indoor season with a time of 25.21 in the 200m to take 9^th place overall. The mark is .29 under the provisional qualifying time and is good enough for 6^th fastest in the NE-10 and 22^nd in all of Division II.
