Garden City, N.Y. - The Adelphi University field hockey team released its 2022 schedule for the upcoming season and will have 18 games ready to play. 

They open up right away just as they did last year in a non-conference game at home against New Haven on Sept. 5. The team will hit the road for two more non-conference battles at Millersville (Sept. 8) and Kutztown (Sept.14) before returning home for another matchup versus East Stroudsburg (Sept. 21).

The Panthers will play at home on Sept.17 in a rematch of last year's NCAA first round tournament against West Chester. 

To wrap up the month of September, the Panthers will host two more conference games at Motamed Field against Southern New Hampshire (Sept. 24) and Southern Connecticut (Sept. 27).

October features nine conference games, highlighted by a road game at Assumption on Oct. 11 for a rematch of the 2021 NE10 Championship game. 

The Brown and Gold will travel to five games over the course of the month. Starting off, they play at Saint Anselm (Oct. 1), Molloy (Oct. 5), Bentley (Oct. 15), Mercy (Oct. 25) and New Haven (Oct. 29).

During the month, there will be three home contests against Stonehill (Oct. 8), American International (Oct. 19) and Saint Michael's (Oct. 22).

Adelphi will play its last three regular season games in the month of November. Starting off, they play at Motamed Field on Nov. 2 and Nov. 9 against STAC and Pace. The Panthers will travel to Franklin Pierce in between the two contests on Nov. 5. 

This year's NE10 tournament is scheduled to be played Nov. 15-20.
